These Terms apply to purchases and use of the SKU Intelligence Kit store and the Agentic-Commerce SKU Intelligence Starter Kit.
Digital product
The Starter Kit is a digital download for Shopify store owners and operators who want to review and improve product titles, descriptions, and product data quality. No physical product is shipped.
License
Your purchase gives you a license to use the Starter Kit for one store or business. You may use the included spreadsheet, PDFs, Markdown files, prompts, and workflow materials internally for that store or business.
- You may not resell the files.
- You may not redistribute, share, publish, or upload the files publicly.
- You may not package the materials as your own product or template.
- Agency or multi-client use may require a separate license.
No guaranteed results
The Starter Kit is a self-serve educational and workflow tool. It does not guarantee search rankings, marketplace placement, AI shopping assistant visibility, revenue increases, conversion improvements, or platform approval.
Buyer responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing any product copy, claims, edits, prompts, or outputs before using them in your store. You are also responsible for making sure your product information, claims, policies, and legal disclosures are accurate and appropriate for your business.
Support
If you have a download issue or a file problem, contact finance.freedom.wealth@gmail.com. Support covers access and file issues. It does not include done-for-you catalog cleanup, legal review, SEO services, or custom implementation unless separately agreed in writing.
Refunds and expectations
Because this is a digital product, please review the product description and included files before purchasing. See the Refund / Expectations page for more detail.
Changes
We may update the product, store pages, policies, and these Terms from time to time. The version available at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless an update is provided separately.
