The product
The Agentic-Commerce SKU Intelligence Starter Kit is a digital toolkit for Shopify store owners and operators who want to review and improve product titles, product descriptions, and SKU-level product data quality. No physical product is shipped.
The product is supplied as downloadable digital files. Current included materials may include PDF, Markdown, Excel, text, and ZIP files. The product page describes the current contents before purchase.
Price, taxes, and payment
The current price is shown on the product page before checkout. Any applicable taxes, discounts, and total payable amount are shown during checkout before you place the order. Payment is processed through Shopify and available payment providers.
Digital delivery

Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right can be lost once performance begins if you gave prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal when the download/access begins.
Because this product is delivered as an immediate digital download, we ask you to review the product description, included files, license, refund expectations, and these Terms before purchasing. If the checkout or product flow asks for consent to immediate digital delivery, only proceed if you agree that download/access may begin during the withdrawal period and that you may lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.

License
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Starter Kit internally for one store or one business. You may use the included spreadsheet, PDFs, Markdown files, prompts, and workflow materials on unlimited products within that one store or business.
- You may not resell the files.
- You may not redistribute, share, publish, or upload the files publicly.
- You may not package the materials as your own product, template, or lead magnet.
- You may not use the materials across multiple client accounts unless a separate agency or multi-client license is agreed in writing.
No guaranteed results
The Starter Kit is a self-serve educational and workflow tool. It does not guarantee search rankings, marketplace placement, AI shopping assistant visibility, revenue increases, conversion improvements, or platform approval.
Buyer responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing any product copy, claims, edits, prompts, or outputs before using them in your store. You are also responsible for making sure your product information, claims, policies, and legal disclosures are accurate and appropriate for your business and market.
Support
Support covers access and file issues. It does not include done-for-you catalog cleanup, legal review, SEO services, custom implementation, or store configuration unless separately agreed in writing.
