Is this only for Shopify?
The Scorecard and prompt packs are built around Shopify's product data structure (titles, descriptions, product type, variants), so they're most directly useful for Shopify stores.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You need to be comfortable copying and pasting into a spreadsheet and into an AI chat tool. No code, no app installs.
Which AI tool do I need?
The prompts are plain text that you paste into an AI chat tool of your choice. The kit does not connect to, include, or require a specific AI service.
Is it safe to paste my product data into an AI tool?
Product titles and descriptions are usually public store content, but check the data and privacy settings of the AI tool you use before pasting anything you consider confidential. The kit itself is a set of files and does not connect to your store.
How many products can I use it for?
There's no limit within your own store. The Scorecard and prompt packs work whether you're auditing 10 products or your entire catalog.
Is this a Shopify app?
No. It's a spreadsheet plus PDF and Markdown prompt packs. It doesn't connect to your store or make changes automatically.
Does this guarantee SEO rankings?
No. It helps you write clearer, more structured product data. Search rankings depend on many factors outside product copy.
Does this guarantee AI shopping visibility?
No. It helps make your product data easier to understand and compare, but inclusion in any specific assistant's results can't be guaranteed by any product data tool.
Can agencies use this?
Yes, agencies and freelancers can use the Starter Kit to understand the workflow and test it internally. Client-facing or multi-client use may require a separate agency license.
Can I use it with Google Sheets?
Yes. The Scorecard is delivered as an Excel file designed to be Google Sheets compatible.
How long does the first audit take?
About 60 minutes for a first pass on 10-20 products.
What should I do after buying?

What license is included?
A one store / one business license: unlimited use on products within that store, not for resale or redistribution. See the License / Usage page for details.
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a digital download, refund requests are reviewed case by case. We do not usually refund purchases after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or where there is a material file problem we cannot resolve.
